INTERNATIONAL PROCUREMENT

5 Questions International Buyers Should Ask Before Selecting a Peptide Supplier

International buyers benefit from a repeatable supplier-evaluation process. The following five questions are not a substitute for legal, technical or quality review; they are a practical framework for creating a more useful first conversation.

1. Is the supplier communicating for a B2B requirement?

Clarify that the enquiry comes from an organization and state the business context. This prevents a professional procurement process from being treated like a consumer transaction.

2. What product and batch information can be discussed?

Ask for information relevant to the exact requirement rather than broad marketing promises. Product name, format, batch reference and packaging questions should be clear.

3. Which documents do we need?

State whether your team needs a COA, HPLC or MS information, batch details or other records. The supplier can then confirm what may be available for the specific inquiry.

4. Can destination-market requirements be addressed?

Destination, organization type and intended business use affect the relevance of a response. Include these facts at the outset and independently verify your own obligations.

5. Is communication clear and traceable?

Professional communication identifies next steps, limitations and unanswered questions. Keep records and do not rely on unqualified statements when making a procurement decision.
